I have closed my merchant account and no longer take credit cards. I prefer payment to be cash or Western Union. I will NOT accept payment through your on-line bill pay with your bank. If you send payment with on-line bill pay without asking me, you are going to have to figure out how to get your money back. That is the most ridiculous thing I was drug into one time and it won't happen again.
For all of you that have loved this website and our puppies for years, I know many of you think I'm not really going to stop breeding Heelers, I assure you I am. What has been one of the biggest joys of my life has become grueling. Since my daughter stopped doing this with me I am overwhelmed keeping up with my chores, emails, phone calls, the website, puppy photos, booking flights and getting the puppies shipped. Not to mention taking care of cows, 20 horses, building fence, changing tires, mowing, dealing with taking care of puppies in extreme weather and temperatures, running to the vet, running to get feed and all of the other things that I have to do everyday to take care of property and animals. I so appreciate all of your support and kind thoughts but I am exhausted and looking forward to my dogs and I enjoying our lives without puppies. Occasionally someone will get furiously mad at me for not returning their emails as quickly as they think I should... this inevitably happens while I am shipping puppies. When I am shipping I have to get up at 1 to 2 a.m., I often have to drive to Tulsa or Oklahoma City, OK from Greenwood AR which is a 7 to 8 hour round trip by the time I get the puppies checked in and back home. If I am shipping out of Fort Smith I have to get up at the same time and often have to make up to three trips to the airport on shipping day to meet enough flights to get the puppies out. You figure a 2 hour round trip each time by the time the driving is done and the puppies are checked in. Then I have all of the chores that I still have to do to take care of all of these animals as if I didn't have anything else to do. When I am shipping you may not hear from me for 2 or 3 days. For all of the Heeler breeders that are looking forward to me stopping breeding... I invite you and your friends to put as many ads on my new website www.horsenranch.com as you can. The sooner it is successful the sooner I will be 100% out of the Heeler breeding business.
My newest website is www.owner-finance-property.com
Many people who want to buy a home at today's low, low prices are still having difficulty qualifying for traditional bank loans. More than ever before, banks are requiring high down payments and high credit scores in order to approve a loan application. This is causing thousands of loan applicants to be denied from 'good' potential buyers who don't make the grade of the bank's 'perfect' buyers. Where can good people who are motivated home buyers turn to purchase a home anymore? The answer is owner financed homes. www.Owner-Finance-Property.com is designed specifically to connect buyers and sellers of property and homes for sale through owner financing. It has great information about owner financing as well as a sample contract and mortgage calculator. The website is fun and easy to use and the ads are free.

If you want a breeding pair of puppies, I will help you pick what I think will be the best cross to produce what you want. I want you to be as successful with my genetics as I have been. Keep in mind I will not sell my puppies to large breeders and the puppies still must be a part of your family.
THIS WEBSITE IS CURRENT AND UPDATED DAILY. If you see a puppy you like, it is available at that moment unless someone else is on the phone buying it while you are looking at it on your computer. When the photos and information leave our website the puppy has been sold and is no longer available. Be Sure And Scroll To The Bottom Of This Page And The FYI Page For Information: Shipping, Payment, Guarantees, Reserved Picks, etc. If you send an email and don't get an answer right away, don't get mad just call. In the information below about each litter, you will see dates that the puppies are old enough to be picked up and old enough to ship. Please note these dates are not guaranteed ship dates only the date that the puppies are legally old enough to fly. If you are planning on getting a puppy that will ship, you might want to be thinking of a friend or family member that can pick up at the airport for you if you are not able to.
I'm not going to hold any more puppies without a deposit on them.

She has been one of the greatest producing mommas that we have had only rivaled by her momma Sassy. I am proud that we raised her ourselves and I have her beautiful sons Newt and Wyatt to carry on for her for as long as I keep breeding. Sweetie Tigger For those of you that are very fond of Tigger, this little girl puppy represents his last planned breeding. I'll have him neutered before long. He lives in the house with several of my girls that he is related to (his mom is one) and can't breed. His life will be a lot less stressful if he is neutered.
Sweetie's Mini Heeler girl $1000

These puppies look like they are going to show that Sparky is the smallest producing Mini sire that I have ever bred with.
Puppy Girl Sparky I don't think I have ever had an entire litter that has been as small as the puppies in this litter. I've had puppies this little but never the whole litter. This is so exciting. Shania and Sparky had their puppies on 5-7. Shania is a fill sister to some of my smallest mommas. Shania is a small standard I expect these puppies to range in size from small minis to small standards. Princess Tuffy photos coming soon
Pepper is being bred to Koda 4-14. Pepper is one of my favorite-ist girls EVER!
Jenny is bred to Newt.
I have some of the tiniest Mini Heeler puppies I have ever raised. I am so proud of them, they represent years and years of selective breeding. We did not cheat or take short cuts through the years to make them small. My puppies are 100% Heelers with no other breeds like Chihuahuas or any other small breeds used to make them smaller faster. I know other breeders have done that to produce their "TOY" Heelers and I am very proud that our Mini puppies really are PUREBRED Heelers.
Up Coming Litters First, second and third choice on any litter can be reserved for half the price of the puppy, after the litter arrives you have 5 days if you want a docked tail or 3 days if you want a long tail (we band the tails at 3 days old), to make your pick and pay the balance of the puppy's purchase price (the second half). Then the rest of the puppies are offered to prospective families. Many times we will increase the price of the puppies after they are born, if you have put a deposit on the litter to reserve your pick, your price will not be increased. If you have a deposit on a litter and you decide you don't want a puppy from that litter or there are not enough males or females to pick from (example; mom has a litter of 10...all boys... it can happen) or for some reason the momma does not have puppies, then your deposit will transfer to any other litter that we are expecting or any puppy that we have available.
Princess is being bred to Tuffy 3-15.
I am considering selling a few of my breeding males. Keep in mind these will be dogs that I have personally hand picked for my breeding program and will not be bargains. These guys produce litters of 4-8 puppies with the puppies being priced from $500 to $1000 each and will be very good producers and money makers for someone else as well. They are also just as welcome to stay with me and retire with the rest of us.
Max is a play monster! Max is absolutely an outstanding sire! Max is 10 years old. He is the sire of Newt, Tuffy, Wyatt, Shooter, Precious, Poncho, Josie, Kit, Cody and Koda (deceased). I would consider selling Max to an approved home. When you get one puppy like Newt, he will have paid for himself. $10,000.
Cody is with Shorty the Golden Retriever Cody is ready to start breeding. He is a Tinker Max boy. Tinker is a full sister to Hondo who is Newt and Wyatt's mother. Cody, Newt and Wyatt are all sons of Max so Cody is carrying the same genetics and color as Newt who is everyone's favorite. Cody is slightly bigger than Newt.
Sonny Bono
Sonny's puppies Maddie's giant boy; Sonny Bono has now moved into my house with me and I love him. He is a large standard size heeler boy and will probably easily be the size of his dad or heavier (Rusty is 65 lbs). He was born 11-1-2011. He is welcome to stay with me or someone that wants to offer him a very very special home can have him for a best friend. He is breeding quality but will be beautiful in my truck for years to come if he stays with me. He is one of the most beautiful big standard males I have ever had. He is going to be even bigger than his sire Rusty. I can't imagine how big he will be at 4 or 5 years old. $750
KODA
some of Koda's puppies Koda Pop - is an absolutely stunning EXTREMELY RARE TRUE BLUE boy that was from the last litter of our beautiful sire Koda. I know this boy will prove to be as tremendous a sire as his daddy was. He is now a proven sire of very pretty puppies and is siring a high percentage of true blue in his litters. He will pay for himself in one to two litters of puppies.
Tigger Tigger will be neutered soon. I love Cody and Koda's puppies. Tigger lives in the house and will be easier to be able to stay in if he is not a breeding dog. Billy and Sparky live in the house as well and I have had to lock Tigger up when I am breeding with Billy. Tigger will be much happier if he does not have to be put up to keep him from breeding.
examples of Tigger's puppies Tigger is the smallest Mini Heeler male that I have. He is perfect in everyway and about 1/3 the size of Newt. I have had several people want to buy Tigger and I have always said that he isn't for sale. I have decided to put a price on Tigger, he is a little over a year old and his parents are Becky and Tuffy. You can see his puppies below on this page. $10,000 cash, you will make his purchase price back in 2 to 3 litters of puppies. Tigger is a house dog and must live in the house if he is sold. I absolutely will not sell him to anyone will put him in a cage or kennel, he is a house dog and will remain one. Tigger has sired 2 litters of puppies, the first litter all of the 8 puppies sold for $500 each. His second litter is pictured down the page with their mother, their mother is Patty. Patty's puppies are selling for $750, her extremely tiny girl sold for $1500. By the time Patty's puppies have all sold Tigger will have sire $10,000 worth of puppies for me in 2 litters. His purchase price of $10,000 is not even a little bit extreme for a serious breeder of Mini Heeler puppies. He is the result of 20 years of our breeding program and allows you to build you program around our end result. His price is not negotiable, he is my dog and my friend and is MORE than welcome to stay with me for the rest of his life. The only reason I priced him is because so many people have asked me to.
For Adoption To Approved Homes (FREE) These dogs are a part of our family and will ONLY go to a loving families that are willing to take the time to re-home an adult dog.
Cowboy - intact male - not breeding sound due to breeding accident. Cowboy is 5 years old, loves to play ball, must have a fenced yard with no small children and he will jump on them and knock them down. He gets along with females but he will not tolerate another male (dog) and I wouldn't put him with a cat either. He is beautiful and super good natured. Free to an approved pet home with a fenced yard. He has only been around women.
Cowboy Corgi girls - I found these 2 girls abandoned. They are very sweet and would make great companions for gentle children or an older adult. They must stay together as they are very attached to each other. Must have a fenced yard and a forever home. *************** All deposits and payments that are made on our puppies are non-refundable. If you decide that you can not have your puppy after you have put a deposit on it, you have credit towards any other puppy we have at anytime in the future when your situation is better again.
IMPORTANT STUFF TO READ!!!! OUR WEBSITE IS CURRENT AND UPDATED DAILY. If you see a puppy you like, it is available at that moment unless someone else is on the phone buying it while you are looking at it on your computer. When the photos and information leave our website the puppy has been sold and is no longer available. Be Sure And Scroll To The Bottom Of This Page For Information: Shipping, Payment, Guarantees, Reserved Picks, etc. There is more information provided for you about us, our dogs, the dog food, vaccines and wormer that we use, Heelers in general and answers to many questions that we have received through the years on our FYI page (link from Dogs). The information at the bottom of this page, on the FYI and Guarantee pages have been provided to inform you about us, our dogs, answer your questions and offer advise based on our years of personal experience. When you get a puppy from us, it has never been on concrete, in a crate or a wire cage. Our puppies come from our family to yours! We Accept Payments On Our Puppies We understand that bills come due and there are many other things that you are responsible for. Most people pay for their puppy when they pick it out however if you see a puppy on our website that you would like to be a part of your family, we are happy to work with you. If your puppy is going to ship, your puppy and the shipping need to be paid for by the time he or she ships to you. If you call our house and the answering machine does not come on we are on the phone talking Heeler puppies with someone else. If you call and leave a message and we don't call you right back, feel free to keep calling until you get us. Our phone never stops ringing. If we have a puppy that you want the best thing to do is keep calling because someone else might call and buy it before we get the chance to call you back.... happens ALL of the time! We don't answer the phone after 8:30-9:00 PM Central Standard Time. If you send us an email and you don't get an answer right away... don't get mad just give us a call. We answer all emails providing we can. We have absolutely terrible internet service in Missouri. If you call and we don't answer the phone we are probably doing chores, just keep calling. It is easiest to get us by continuing to call, other people are still calling while you are waiting to get a call back. We are not able to get puppies to Spokane WA at this time. In the information below about each litter, you will see dates that the puppies are old enough to be picked up and old enough to ship. Please note these dates are not guaranteed ship dates only the date that the puppies are legally old enough to fly. We only ship one time a week. All of the puppies shipping each week will ship on the same day. If you are planning on getting a puppy that will ship, you might want to be thinking of a friend or family member that can pick up at the airport for you if you are not able to do it. We proudly raise and offer working and pet quality puppies for loving family homes. We do not show or do we have any interest in showing our dogs. If you are interested in a puppy for breeding please make your plans known to us when you first contact us about one of puppies. Our Australian Cattle Dogs/Blue Heelers come from working back grounds and most are from ranch bloodlines. Payment for your puppy is due when you pick it out. If your puppy needs to be shipped to you, the shipping payment is not needed until the puppy is ready to ship. If the puppy is old enough to ship when it is purchased one payment allows shipping to be at the earliest possible date. We ship with American and Delta Airlines, shipping cost is $275 for destinations to the U.S. and $400 to Canada. Two puppies can be shipped in one crate for $300 in the U.S. and $400+ to Canada. The exclusion to these prices would be if Continental charges a kenneling fee because the layover between flights is too long, if so they will charge $75 for one puppy or $100 for 2 puppies. The airlines are in control of the destinations that are available to ship puppies, we are not. For a variety of reasons they may change where they do live animal shipments, we will book the closest flight to you as we can. For some people that may be only minutes away and for others it is hours. Keep that in mind when you are considering buying a puppy. If I have to use Continental the price for shipping will be $400. The exclusion to these prices would be if Continental charges a kenneling fee because the layover between flights is too long, if so they will charge $75 for one puppy or $100 for 2 puppies. We do not sell our puppies for resale. Reselling one of our puppies voids it's health guarantee. Please make sure that you REALLY want a puppy, can have one where you live and are ready to accept the responsibility of a baby puppy that will required your love and patience. Dogs are a long term commitment. You are welcome to come and pick your puppy out. If you have a reserved pick on a litter or if you know you are going to get one but want to see them in person to decide which you want or if you are going to pick it up when it is ready to leave however we don't let people come on our place just "to look" at our dogs and puppies. That keeps us from having germs walked onto our property, by people that are just going from place to place browsing. That could be life threatening to our puppies or your puppy if you have one with us that is waiting to fly home to you. If you have purchased a puppy it must be shipped or picked up by the time it is 10 weeks old unless other arrangements have been made. Our puppies are weaned at 6 weeks and can be picked up here at 7 weeks or they can be shipped at 8 weeks. We have had several people buy puppies and then we just never heard from them again. If we are shipping to you, our puppies come to you having been vet checked, they have a health certificate, a One Year Health Guarantee, an airline approved kennel to ship in and are current on their shots and worming, the guarantee is for equal credit towards the price of any other puppy that we have available. In the information above about each litter, you will see dates that the puppies are old enough to be picked up and old enough to ship. Please note these dates are not guaranteed ship dates. According to the Department of Agriculture puppies can not ship before they are 8 weeks old. That does not mean that we can guarantee that there is a flight available on the day that they are 8 weeks old. We try very hard to work around everyone's personal schedules. There are many factors that are out of our control as to when we can or can not ship, very often it is the weather, flights are booked full or over booked, etc. If you have one of our puppies, call at least a day in advance to make an appointment to pick up your puppy. We understand that everyone is excited to pick their puppy up however we may not be home or have other plans. Your respect for our time is appreciated. Prices of our puppies are subject to change at anytime. We very often make picks of litters, when we do the prices of the puppies that are "Our Picks" will increase. They may even go up again after that. If you have been watching a puppy and thinking about buying it, then see that it's price has increased on our website, the new price is non negotiable. We worm with Panacur at 2 weeks and continue at 2 week intervals as long as they are here. We give the Duravet 5 in 1 puppy shot at 6 weeks and one month intervals after that until they have had three shots (if they are here that long). We band the tails of our puppies. If you would like to have a puppy with a natural tail we are happy to accommodate you. You simply take first or second pick from any new litter and we will leave the tail long for you. All deposits and payments that are made on the puppies are non-refundable. If you decide that you do not want a puppy after you have put a deposit on it you have credit towards any other puppy we have at anytime in the future We reserve the right to refuse the sale of any puppy to any person for any reason. When we make these decisions they are not negotiable or debatable our decisions concerning our puppies are final and not in need of discussion or explanation. Our MINI Heelers/Cattle Dogs are 100% PUREBRED HEELERS. It has taken us years and years to breed the size down in our dogs while keeping the great Heeler personality, beautiful Heeler look and a healthy puppy that we are proud to give you a 1 Year Health Guarantee on. There is a breeder in Oregon that crosses Chihuahuas with Australian Cattle Dogs/Blue Heelers and are advertising them them as "Purebred Toy and Mini Heelers". They have recently composed a neat story saying that they have been raising Heelers for 25-30 years and have imported their dogs. All of which is a lie. The owner of the kennel contacted me personally a couple of years ago (this is 2010) all excited because they had JUST started raising "mini and toy" Heelers and using Chihuahuas to get them little...... came right from his mouth to me. We have people contact us every week with sad stories about the health problems they are having with their Chihuahua Heeler cross puppies that they have bought from these breeders. We don't care what anyone else does with their breeding program, breed all of the "exotic" or "hybrid" breeds that you want to, just be honest about it. Don't call them a purebred if they are not. I'm sure there are many people that would be happy to buy the "exotic" cross. Calling them purebreds when they are not is not fair to the buyers that are being misled and it is very unfair to the puppies who have done nothing wrong but are not what they are being sold as. Our puppies are 100% Heelers. Their parents aren't crossed any toy or mini breeds to make them small. It has taken us 10 years of hard work and a lot of planning to be able to produce a beautiful healthy Heeler puppy that will mature 12-14 inches tall and 20-30 lbs, some may even be a little smaller than that. If that sounds big to you remember a standard Heeler is 16 inches or better with many over 20 inches tall and 45-80 lbs. First, second and third choice on any litter can be reserved for half the price of the puppy, after the litter arrives you have 5 days if you want a docked tail or 3 days if you want a long tail (we band the tails at 3 days old), to make your pick and pay the balance of the puppy's purchase price. Then the rest of the puppies are offered to prospective families. Many times we will increase the price of the puppies after they are born, if you have put a deposit on the litter to reserve your pick, your price will not be increased. If you have a deposit on a litter and you decide you don't want a puppy from that litter or there are not enough males or females to pick from (example; mom has a litter of 10...all boys... it can happen) or for some reason the momma does not have puppies, then your deposit will transfer to any other litter that we are expecting or any puppy that we have available or you can wait until your favorite girl gets bred. We only accept cash at our home. We aren't always able to make change, so just to be safe you should bring the correct amount. Max, Tuffy, Newt, Sara, Charlie, Lacy and Koda all carry the stumpy tail gene. Their litters usually consist of puppies with long natural tails and natural docked tails. If you want a long natural tail left on your puppy keep in mind that we have no control over how many puppies in their litters will have long natural tails.
What is the difference between a Standard Heeler puppy and a Miniature Heeler puppy?
This is a standard puppy and a mini puppy together for size comparison. The 5 photos above are of one of Baby's standard puppies and one of Sally's mini puppies (see girl 3 below), all 5 photos were taken on 12-6-2010. Baby's puppy is 4 days older than Sally's puppy. Text below is here for storage and may be used somewhere above at a later date. Our Picks of Our Mini and Standard Litters The following selection of puppies are "Our Picks" of our MINI and STANDARD Heeler litters. If these puppies are not sold, they will either work into our breeding program in the next several years or will stay with us as our pets. Just like you, we like to have our pretty Mini Heelers puppies too. You can see their birthdays, when they are ready to leave and photos of their parents with the litter information for each below. In our opinion these puppies are the "Best of the Best". They are not just selected for their small size. They are the stockiest, have the broadest prettiest heads, shortest snouts, best ears and we also prefer their markings.
